• Colon Hydrotherapy

  Colon hydrotherapy, or colonics, introduces filtered, temperature-controlled water into the colon, gently coaxing digested debris and impacted fecal matter off the colon wall. Most Americans have between 5-25 lbs of impacted fecal matter inside of our colon. 70% of our immunities are inside of our colon. • Massage Therapy

  As one of the oldest recognized methods of healing, massage therapy positively influences the overall balance, health and well being of the client. Massage therapy helps to balance stress, manage pain, and improve circulation for lymphatic detoxification. Our therapist provides several different styles and techniques to leave you refreshed and renewed. Thirty, sixty, and ninety minute sessions available.

• FIR Infrared Sauna

  Solar carbon dry heat infrared sauna purifies and detoxifies the body at a cellular level. Each treatment burns approximately 600 calories and detoxifies 7-10 times more than a normal sauna.
